A Commentary on the LCIA Rules

This new work is a practical, article-by-article commentary on the Rules of the London Court of International Arbitration, an increasingly popular international arbitration institution. Intended as a tool for practising lawyers, the book is designed to be accessible and easy to use at any stage in the workflow of an LCIA arbitration.
