Administrative Response to Court Decisions; the impact of court decisions on the asylum procedure in the Netherlands

This book is the result of an empirical study of the impact of court decisions. The study focuses in particular on the response of policy officers of the Dutch Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND) to court decisions that address the execution of the asylum procedure.
