Anti-Terrorism and Criminal Enforcement

This law school casebook addresses the rapidly developing body of anti-terrorism law, with emphasis on the criminal enforcement process and how that process is affected by the government's invocation of the concept of a "war" on terrorism. The subject matter includes anti-terrorism crimes, special approaches to detention and adjudication, and various kinds of investigative and enforcement activities, both in the United States and abroad, that are used in the anti-terrorist effort.
