Arthasastra

It is a treatise on the governance and administration of a state in three parts. Part 1 is a critical edition of the text. Part 2 contains English translation of the text and Part 3 is a study of social conditions, economy of the state, administrative set-up, law and its administration, foreign policy and so on.
