C. I. P. A. Guide to the Patents Acts

This 1st Supplement of the CIPA Guide to the Patents Acts updates the 6th Edition, including references to the many new decisions of the UK courts, the Comptroller-General and the European Patent Office since the 6th edition published in March 2009. The Supplement also takes account of the recent changes in the Patents County Court.
