Children's Rights

With South Africa’s adoption of a Constitution and a Bill of Rights, the place of children in the legal system has significantly altered. Children’s Rights is a highly critical selection of articles that discuss issues surrounding the changing position of children in our legal system. Children’s issues are no longer confined to the traditional spheres of public and private law.
