Cold Shoulder

A hunt ensues for a serial killer who chooses his victims from the demi-mondaine of Los Angeles. Before Lorraine, a cop, can participate in the search, she must face the pitfalls of alcoholic abuse and prostitution. When she's back in business, the killer stands no chance.
