Communities Caring and Developing : Lessons from Hull

This report is based on a study which measured the effectiveness of a demonstration model of community care development in two deprived areas of Hull. It assesses the extent to which the model developed community participation in the delivery of low intensity support services and documents the extent and nature of new service development.
