Consortia : International Networking Alliances of Universities

The effectiveness of global education organizations such as the International Association of Universities and the Association of Commonwealth Universities is evaluated in this study. Exploring the changing issues and various initiatives of academia in a global context, these essays address collaborative course development, research sharing, and the effects of various regional networks. The potential for international academic institutions and smaller networking associations in teaching, research, and service provides the impetus to strengthen these and other cross-national collaborations.
