Matka is a fictional work that parallels true life in any urban city setting, USA.  It began by highlighting a starry eyed young Polish girl whose only ambition is to succeed in life and make her Matka proud of her.  But cities can be jungles where more than one type of predator awaits an easy, unsuspecting young beauty, armed with seemingly only archaic ideals to defend herself with.  But Matka has sent her youngest forth more ready to do battle than the reader knows! So deposit your fare and travel through the jungle that awaits Annelina Nankowicz, a sweet innocent, Polish American who must survive not only her good friend, Magdelyn, who wants to save her by introducing Annelina into the life, but a host of other urban spawns.  Who can she turn to.  Will it be Kookyboy, the blonde haired scholar or Akira del Marn, the educated prison psychologist.  Our distinguished councilman Norkman Blues.  Sit back and enjoy the ride as Annelina steps up to the table, rolls the dice and wins big.
