This circular relates to S.I. 2002/3113 (ISBN 0110429427) which comes into force on 31st January 2003, and prescribes the designs and conditions of use for traffic signs placed on or near roads in England, Scotland and Wales. This statutory instrument replaces S.I. 1994/1519 and subsequent amendments.
