Doing Business in Peru

This work presents an overview of the issues that most frequently concern lawyers and foreign investors. It furnishes a general pricture of the Peruvian legal framework since the new constitution in 1993 set guidelines for an open market economy. In Volume 1 (available in English or Spanish) the authors provide analysis and commentary on important laws and regulations governing business and investment activity. Volume 2 presents the full Spanish text of the Constitution, Civil Codes, and the laws & regulations examined in Volume 1.
