Electronic superhighway

This book addresses the main legal questions arising in the new global communication environment made possible by the electronic superhighway. The practice adopted and accepted as legitimate within the community of users will be the starting point. The focus will be to examine how these practices are shaping the law and how essential rights and values can thereby be preserved.
