Environmental law in Denmark

This book contains, besides a general introduction a description of Danish environmental legislation, an overview of the basic principles of Danish environmental law, the historical background, the role of governmental institutions and the sources of environmental law. Other subjects covered are pollution control legislation, nature and conversation management, zoning and land-use planning, and judicial remedies.
