Ethics on the Job

This work is designed to help students do more than study ethics. By offering a strategy for ethical decision making, it stimulates them to make value judgments in their own personal lives and apply them. The book's "resolved" strategy provides a step-by-step method of analyzing and then resolving ethical dilemmas in a coherent and defensible manner. To equip students to apply this technique to actual problems, the authors present a list of widely shared ethical values that are relevant to ethical decision making in the workplace and then provide students with the opportunity to apply them to about 40 realistic cases.
