European Migration Law

This volume contains sources of law in the field of asylum and migration law as used by international and European jurists to study, advice on, and solve cases in this field. This volume is part of a series of law collections published by Bynkershoek Publishing, all with the aim to make available at reasonable costs relevant sources of law in the broadest sense of the word. Bynkershoek law collections contain international treaties, European Union legal instruments, national legislation and case law. Bynkershoek Publishing is an activity of The Hague Institute for Law & Practice Cornelius Bynkershoek, or in short Bynkershoek Institute. The Bynkershoek Institute has as goal to contribute to the further development of the practice and research of law, the harmonization of the various legal traditions on the globe and (therewith) the fostering of global justice. The current law collection is compiled with an eye on a course of the International Bachelor of Law Program of The Hague University of Applied Sciences and is potentially useful in any course on asylum and migration law.
