European Pharmacopoeia

This is the 4th supplement to the main 5th edition of the European pharmacopoeia (ISBN 9287152810) which came into force on 1 January 2005. It is published in accordance with the Convention on the Elaboration of a European Pharmacopoeia (European Treaty Series no. 50).
