Summertime in Paris: beautiful young Kelly Aslett is due to fly back to the U.S. to claim her inheritance according to the terms of her father's will. As she prepares to return home, she falls passionately in love with a gorgeous French painter, Luc Duras. Meanwhile in southern California, Kelly's stepmother, the scheming and hedonistic Marissa, is determined to secure the inheritance for herself, enlisting the help of her handsome lover.
