Global standard for food Safety : Guideline for category 5 fresh Produce

The BRC has produced guidance on interpretation of requirements to the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 5 for fresh produce packers falling into category 5 - fruit, vegetables and nuts. Concentrating on areas of particular issue within the fresh produce industry, this discussion document aims to help companies, auditors and customers understand how to implement the Standards requirements. The guideline includes practical guidance and real scenario examples to illustrate the principles of clauses.
