Published annually, this volume of Halsbury's Statutes lists, for easy searching and reference, all the cases cited in the current volumes and service binders at the time of going to press. Part 1 contains an alphabetical list of all cases that are printed in the current volumes of Halsbury’s Statutes, the Cumulative Supplement and the Noter-up. Part 2 contains the same cases, arranged according to the Statutes to which they relate.
