Homer, the ancient Greek epic poet is best known for his long poems: 'The Illiad' and 'The Odyssey'. 'The Illiad' concerned mostly the Trojan Wars and 'The Odyssey' was about the adventures Homer had as he sailed around the Greek world.Harry Greene has said that his Illiad was three years overseas in World War II and twenty-six years of a miserable marriage.
