Inhale-Exhale

We are not here simply to breathe air and take up space. Inhale all life has to offer to reach the limits of your ability and happiness; savor it. Exhale the impurities that cause you grief or pain; be rid of it. That moment is now gone forever. Move on, it´s time to breathe again. Take a deep breath and say, "Thank You, Lord". This is a freedom no one can take from you, and it will revive your body, mind, spirit, and soul. I believe by reading these inspirational poems, they will touch you in some small way to help you recall pleasant moments from your past, comfort you today, and give you strength and faith for tomorrow. Each poem includes a color photo that enhances or inspired the poem. I definitely recommend the hardback version rather than the paperback, even though the hardback is slightly higher. The quality and durability are well worth the difference. I have received wonderful reviews from its readers. Although it is about simple country living, it applies to all people and has now been distributed across the United States and two other countries even though it has not been actively marketed.
