Internet Use in Sheltered Housing : Older People's Access to the New Media and Online Service Delivery

Based on a study of media use in two sheltered accommodation sites in North London - one with Internet provision and digital television and one without - this report explores the use of e-services, such as tele-shopping and banking, and considers the impact of online service delivery on older people.
