Law and Economics of Risk in Finance; Second International Conference on Law and Economics at the University of St. Gallen

This is the second volume of the “University of St. Gallen www.unisg.ch Series in Law and Economics”, a transcript of the Second International Conference on Law and Eco-nomics of June 29, 2007. The conference was organized under the auspices of the Mas-ter program in Law and Economics of the University of St. Gallen, its International Academic Council and the MLE foundation. The second conference was devoted to the topic of risk in the field of finance.
