Leading Teams

"Leading Teams, 1e" by John Hollenbeck explores how to design, manage and develop effective teams, with an emphasis on the leader's role in this process. "Leading Teams" describes seven critical needs of all goal-oriented work teams, and the different ways these needs can be met by team leaders, team members or the organization in which the team is embedded. The seven needs create opportunities in the form of seven roles that need to be filled by either the leader or the team members, and then presents material related to how to execute each of the roles.
