This book gathers the minutes of the conference organized by the AEDBF-Europe on 25th and 26th October in Canch (Luxembourg). On the basis of the contributions of distinguished financial European law specialists, its aim is to clarify the stakes and difficulties of a growing harmonization of the rules governing the various steps of a stock exchange transaction, the role and the responsibility of those who contribute to its fulfilment and the markets organization itself.
