Light the Wings Remove the NonExistent S

I find the writing of a poem comparable to fishing in the middle of a large lake and your boat springs a leak or falling from a building, all kinds of bizarre thoughts run through your head.  However, if it brings a smile or a twinkle to the reader's eye I have achieved my goal.    I have been disappointed in some poems, but as I re-read some of Robert Service offerings, not everything he wrote turned out to be the Killing of Dan McGrew either.
