Q Did you take any Steps to be more'particularly informed of the Situation of that Yard?--A, I don't recollect that I did. Q Did you send the Captain of the Forecastle, or any other Perfon, to look at it, or was any Report made to you of its Situation?--A. I don't recollect either.
