New York Student Supplement for Litigation

The book will address civil litigation in New York state while providing state specific information about topics such as the state court system, state rules of civil procedure and evidence, professional responsibility, etc. The supplement is comprised of mostly expository text, written (work for hire) by someone who practices in New York. When applicable, it will also provide sample documents and forms.
