Nine Suitcases

Presenting his experiences in the ghetto of Nagyv-rad and as a forced labourer in the Ukraine, the author provides not only an insight into Hungarian fascism, but an exposure of the cruelty, indifference, selfishness, cowardice and betrayal of which human beings are capable in extreme circumstances.
