OECD Code of Liberalisation of Capital Movements

This publication contains the full text of the Code which sets out the legally binding obligations accepted by OECD members regarding the movement of capital; and also provides a comparison of the degree of liberalisation achieved by each OECD member country. The Code is regularly updated by decisions of the OECD Council, and this edition reflects the position as of 1 January 2003.
