Protecting and Transferring Biotech Inventions
Leverbaar
This book contains a general discussion on requirements for patentability under European and American law and focuses on the specific problems of protecting biotech inventions in light of public policy considerations. It also covers fair use provisions, sensitive stipulations in licensing agreements and European concerns as to free movement of goods. The book is a joint effort and a good expression of the efforts in the Lund University LL.M. program for lawyers and has been written by the Masters of European Affairs 2002/2003 under the supervision of professor Hans Henrik Lidgard. Its publication has been made possible thanks to generous contributions from two university institutions - The Lund University Technology Group and Center for European Studies at the Lund University.
