Public Procurement Law

This new book examines both the EC and Irish laws governing public procurement in Ireland. It examines two new public procurement EC Directives and their implementation into Irish law. It also examine the Irish guidelines issued by the Department of Finance and deals with civil enforcement under both the EC and national public procurement regimes, as well as detailing the enforcement powers of the European Commission.
