This is the 25th edition of this annual publication which contains selected key economic, social and environmental indicators for 208 countries and areas, produced in a handy pocketbook format. The 57 indicators cover the years 1995 and 2005 generally (with data available as of November 2005) and relate to a range of topics including: population, number of refugees, health, education and culture, the environment, the labour force, industrial production, national accounts, international trade, communications and balance of payments.
