So you Really Want to be an Arbitrator? is written in a narrative style. This book records how a young city professional becomes curious about the dispute clause that appears in all the contracts in which she is involved on behalf of her bank’s clients. Thomasina asks her godfather, an eminent arbitrator, to take her through the process in some detail, as she wishes not only to understand the process for her work, but also because she wonders if she might eventually like to become an arbitrator herself.
