Spider-Man, Back In Black

After an assassin's bullet intended for him kills his beloved Aunt May, Spider-Man will not rest until he finds the killer, while Sandman asks for Spider-Man's help when Sandman's father is falsely accused of murder, which brings back memories of the death of Uncle Ben.
