Tabitha's Terrifically Tough Tooth

Tabitha's tooth is loose, and when her dad tells her the tooth fairy will leave her some money, she wants the tooth to come out immediately. Tabitha tries everything - dancing to music, bouncing on a trampoline, even attaching her tooth to some extra sticky bubble gum - but getting her tooth to fall out is more tricky than she expects.
