A Taste of Whisky is not a traditional cooking book, nor a book only about whisky. First and foremost it is al lifestyle book about taste, how the taste of whisky can be combined with food. It is also a book to look at, time and again, thanks to the beautiful photography of Gijs Dragt. The reader is taken on a journey starting in the Scottish distilleries, travelling through the breathtaking landscape of Scotland, straight to the tables of four famouis chefs from Belgium, France, The Netherlands and Scotland.
