Testing a Nuclear Test Ban : What Should Be Prohibited by a Comprehensive Treaty?

This work studies the issue of scope regarding a ban to nuclear testing. It focuses on dilemmas such as exactly what should be banned, what activities should be tolerated, and how a treaty should deal with other problematic events.
