The Beckett Soldiers Index, A-C

This index is the second of two volumes which form a reference listing of soldiers from 1793 to about 1854. It contains approximately 127,000 names arranged alphabetically by surname, forename and regiment. An expanded text entry gives other known details of each man. Up to four volumes may be published in total.
