The Gift Of Honey

The Reverend Richard Lancelot Mudge is a man with a large heart but little sense of tact. Once he has accepted a living in a remote Cornish fishing village, Mudge struggles to gain the approval of his parishioners, gradually winning their acceptance. This novel builds to a climax as Mudge saves a local smuggler from hanging in Bodmin Jail.
