The Gray Earth

In a sequel to The Blue Sky, Dshurukawaa, a Tuvan shepherd boy in Mongolia who has spiritual visions, begins his time at a boarding school where his brother is principal; however he soon discovers that the school's main purpose is to strip the Tuvan people of their language and traditions and sees his visions as a possible method of escape.
