The Law of Evidence; Cases and Statutes

The law of evidence is vital to all legal practitioners and is included in the curriculum of every South African law degree. In this work, four academics with practical experience have selected a number of statutes and decided cses relevant to the law of evidence and have provided them with illuminating comments which should assit any student of the discipline. Due attention has been paid to constitutional elements.
