The legal and pratical guide to the use of the ECU basic work

This a looseleaf publication covering the legal and economic aspects of the use of the ECU in the member states of the European Union. The Guides sets out the consequences of the choice of the ECU in financial, commercial and legal operations, in every member state. It provides an answer to two questions: 1. When can the ECU be used? 2. If it can be used, what are the possibilities of and the limits to its use? Each chapter, devoted to one of the member states, includes: * a general and practical presentatio of the legal, economich and technical aspects of the use of the ECU in specific industries and transactions; * an economic analysis of the use of the ECU in such transactions; * a general conclusion, foreseeing future legal and technical prospects of monetary union.
