This new edition of the definitive reference work on international law contains 1,800 articles covering the full history and breadth of public international law written by the world's leading experts. Each article includes a carefully selected bibliography of the most important writings as a guide to further reading. From 2007 the Encyclopedia will begin publishing online and will be available on subscription, with new material added quarterly, reaching completion in 2010. The online edition will include full search functionality and click-through cross references. A print edition will become available in 2010. The Encyclopedia will be a primary resource for all scholars of international law; counsel, judges and arbitrators involved in international law cases; and government legal advisers.
