When he moves in with his aunt and uncle to the dodgeball-loving city of Hardington, Phillip gets a rude awakening to the community when he gets a direct hit to the face by the dodgeball-champion of the town, but Phillip doesn't won't take the assault lying down and so takes the bully to court to get the matter sorted once and for all.
