Following on from the success of "Black Butterflies" and "Skin Deep," John R Gordon continues his exploration of gay life in Black Britain. "Warriors and Outlaws" is set in the gangsta' world of South London, amid a rich cast of characters. Tough young Jazz, aspiring politico and leader of the Panther Posse is on the run after shooting a cop and takes refuge with his neighbour, a black drag queen called Carly. An unlikely relationship develops with both characters forced to confront deep-seated prejudice.
