Russ Hepworth-Sawyer, Russ Hepworth-Sawyer is a sound engineer and producer with over 14 years of experience of all things audio and is a member of: the Music Producer's Guild; Association of Professional Recording Services; Audio Engineering Society and is a Fellow of the Institute For Learning. Through MOTTOsound, Russ works freelance in the industry mainly as a mastering engineer but also as a producer, writer and consultant. Russ currently lecturers part time for the London College of Music and has taught extensively in Higher Education.
