Dalia Palombo is Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Business Ethics, University of St.Gallen. She graduated in law from the Universitá degli Studi di Milano, obtained an LLM at Harvard Law School and a PhD in Law at Maastricht University. Since 2012, she has been working on business and human rights.
She wrote this book during her PhD at Maastricht University, and a number of fellowships at the London School of Economics and Political Science, the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Procedural Law, the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law Heidelberg, and the Buchmann Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University.
