Over Susan Prosser

Susan Prosser is a reformed journalist who's stopped trying to bring information to the people and now helps them manage the data they already have. Susan is a FileMaker Certified Developer and has developed FileMaker databases for more than 15 years, but returns to her roots by writing curriculum for other developers.

Over Stuart Gripman

Stuart Gripman is a native of Akron, Ohio who grew up in suburban Orange County, California before migrating to San Francisco to get out of the sun. After a two-year stint at FileMaker Inc. nee Claris Corp., he went on to possess the ephemeral title of Webmaster at StarNine Technologies. In 2000, Stuart founded Crooked Arm Consulting to provide custom FileMaker databases for a wide variety of clientele. Crooked Arm's databases have since benefitted the U.S. space program, fine art patrons, system administrators, digital projection cinemas, vintners, oenophiles, aspiring mixologists, data recovery practitioners, architects, commercial artists, and a Grammy award-winning ensemble. Stuart has some difficulty remembering times when he wasn't working. Eyewitness accounts of these so-called "weekends" indicate that he's enjoyed spending time with his wife and their son, hiking (in the shade whenever possible), camping, cycling, listening to loud music and playing Legos. And baking cookies whenever possible. Got a good chewy snickerdoodle recipe? Do share! Want a glimpse of his cranky side? Visit his inane venting platform: whosthebarber.blogspot.com.
